A family escape to remember

Our spacious duplex room was perfect for family time. The complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was a delightful start to our busy days, and the pool was a refreshing treat after Disneyland adventures.

Unfortunately, the distance to the train station was misleading, making it inconvenient without a car. the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when asked about transportation options.

the so-called 'spa' pool had ridiculous hours, not to mention no one seemed to care when it was overcrowded. with a bleach stain on the floor, the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. i was expecting a room upgrade for my 4 night stay, but apparently that’s reserved for 'special' guests like myself. absolutely unacceptable!

the shower lacked water pressure,, but the room was spacious with a kitchenette, great free wifi, and the indoor pool was enjoyable for the kids.

The paxton hotel is nice and close to disneyland, which was a big plus for us, especially with the kids. we loved having a mini kitchen in our room, it helped a lot with making warm milk before bedtime and the big fridge was super handy. The indoor pool looked inviting even tho we didn't get to use it. there's a mcdonald's just around the corner which made it easy to grab dinner for the kids after a long day!

Exceptional Family Getaway

We enjoyed a fantastic stay with our kids. The kids had a blast at the indoor pool, and the nearby Italian restaurant offered delectable meals with phenomenal service. The quick response from staff for our cot request made our check-in a breeze! A perfect base for visiting Disneyland!
